At the WDSF Open Senior II Latin tournament three German couples occupied the podium: Georg Bröker/Susanne Schantora (1.), Ullrich and Carmen Sommer (2.) as well as Eugen Gal/Heike Glaubitz (3.).

Two couples of the DTV Challenge Team reached the final of the WDSF Under 21 Standard tournament: Daniel Buschmann/Katarina Bauer (4.) and Alexandru Ionel/Cordula-Patricia Beckhoff (5.). Vadim Lehmann/Mariya Vakhnina took the split seventh place as runners-up to the final.
