European Championship Adult Latin in Marseille: both German couples reach semi final

Both the German Champions Sergey and Viktoria Tatarenko from Berlin and the runners-up Nikita Bazev/Marta Arndt from Stuttgart appeared in top form and presented themselves in an athletic and elegant manner in front of the approx. 4000 spectators. 68 couples from 39 nations participated in total. Both German couples reached the semi final without much effort. However, the hoped-for move to the final did not happen. As Federal Sports Director Michael Eichert said, " Some wishes simply don't come true."
The gold medal went to Zoran Plohl/Tatsiana Lahvinovich from Croatia.
