In the Ten Dance tournament of the Senior Women I, the German women celebrated a triple victory: Angelina Brunone/Sabine Keldenich (TTC Rot-Gold Köln) became World Champions ahead of Barbara Schmitz/Heike Henkels (TSC conTAKT Düsseldorf/TC Blau-Gold Solingen) and Dorothea Arning/Almut Freund (TC Spree-Athen Berlin).

Only three formations took part in the championships and all three of them came from Germany, so it was clear that the title would go to Germany. Just as at the Gay Games 2010, Team I of the Swinging Sisters from Cologne won the championships.

The World Championship of Christian Wenzel/Pascal Herrbach (TSC conTAKT Düsseldorf/pinkballroom der TiB, Berlin) in the Adults Men section was an outstanding result of the second day of the World Outgames. After their defeat at the European Championships last year, they were able to win against their Hungarian opponents Csetneki/Gati. The bronze medal went to Stefan Schlattmeier/Peter Becker (Grün-Gold Herford/Warminia Bielefeld).

Gold and bronze also went to Germany in the Standard Senior Women tournament. It was already the second title for Angelina Brunone/Sabine Keldenich (TTC Rot-Gold Köln) after their victory on the first day. And Barbara Schmitz/Heike Henkels (TSC conTAKT Düsseldorf/TC Blau-Gold Solingen) added a bronze medal to their silver medal of the Ten Dance championship.

Peter Dietrich/Ingo Jungblut (TTC Rot-Gold Köln) became new World Champions of the Latin Senior Men section.

On the third day, two more gold medals followed: Caroline Privou/Petra Zimmermann (TTC Rot-Gold Köln) are the World Champions of the Standard Adult Women section, followed by Claudia Reger/Raphaela Edeler (Swinging Sisters Köln).

The second title went to Holger Wenzel/Andreas Schöpp (pinkballroom der TiB, Berlin) in the Standard Senior Men section, who could beat Stefan Schlattmeier/Peter Becker (Grün-Gold Herford/Warminia Bielefeld) for the first time during a Senior tournament. The bronze medal went to Frank Neuenhoff/Alexander Weber (TTC Rot-Gold Köln).

In the medal count, Germany takes the first place with 7 of 16 titles and 18 of 44 medals.
