Results from Shanghai

The highlight of the first tournament day in the Shanghai Luwan Sport Center was the Grand Slam Latin final. The German delegation had expected a better place for ist top couple Marius-Andrei Balan/Nina Bezzubova (Schwarz-Weiß-Club Pforzheim). Despite an outstanding performance, they had to be content with the sixth place.

In the WDSF International Open Standard tournament, Simone Segatori/Annette Sudol (TSC Astoria Stuttgart) finished second, following Emanuel Valeri/Tania Kehlet from Denmark. In spite of a fall in the semi final and a long moment of shock for the German delegation, Anton Skuratov/Alena Uehlin (TTC München) clearly qualified for the final and were ranked on the sixth place.
