At the AGM on June 26 and 27 in Prague, Czech republic, the delegates from all over the world voted Michael Wendt unanimously to be their fourth president since the foundation of the IDO (International Dance Organization) in 1981.
His predecessor, Jörn Storbraten from Norway, who had abdicated for private reasons congratulated him and confirmed the good decision. Of course TAF Germany president Ralf Josat, apart from Kerstin Albrecht one of the delegates, also wished the honorary president of the German national federation good luck for the leadership of the IDO. TAF Germany and Dance Sport Germany are very proud of their forerunner and view the open and wide-minded Michael as an IDO president with calibre and visions.
