DTV and DVET sign outline agreement

Representatives of the presidiums of the German Dancesport Association (DTV) and the German Equality Dancesport Federation (DVET) have signed an outline agreement according to which the DVET as an institution joins the DTV.
The aim of this agreement is to support same-gender couples (Equality Dancing) in Germany. With its affiliation into the DTV, the DVET gains a seat and a vote in the main committee (HAS) and in the association meeting. Both presidiums are very glad that an important social signal for the acknowledgement of Equality dancing is given with the signing of this agreement.
