Maxim and Viktoria are European Champions Youth Latin

Originally planned to be held in Moscow, the European Championship Latin was moved to Stuttgart by the WDSF due to organisational problems of the former Russian association. 60 couples participated in total, and eventually Germany won: Maxim Stepanov/Viktoria Konstantinova from Pforzheim won in a 3-to-2 decision, followed by Vasilevich/Maximkina (Russia). The second-best German couple, Vadim Lehmann/Mariya Vakhnina from Krefeld, reached the semi final (14 couples) and were ranked on the 11th place.
