The third tournament of the Saxonian Ten Dance Cup took place on 8. November at the Zwickauer Stadthalle before a full audience with 22 couples. What could be observed was a sensational final with a very convincing performance of the acting world champions Christoph Kies/Blanca Ribas Turon winning all of the ten dances. The third rank was occupied by Michal Stukan/Susanne Miscenko narrowly behind Csaba Laszlo/Anna Mikes (Hun-gary) on rank two, in continuation of their performance at the Canadian Open and once again entering the world elite over Ten Dances.

IDSF President and Chairman of the tournament Carlos Freitag and the adjudicators declared themselves satisfied with the three-point series STDC in Saxonia, which saw international top level couples. The following ranks went to:
4. Miha Vodicar/Nadija Bychkova (Slovenia)
5. Martin Dvorak/Zuzanna Shilhanova (Czech Republic)
6. Volodymyr Lyatov/Veronika Myshkow (Ukraine)
