danceComp 2012: WDSF Open Rising Star Adult Standard

A firework of high-class dancing could be seen in the Rising Star Adult Standard tournament. With 84 competing couples, the number of participants has increased significantly compared to last year. 16 nations were represented in the tournament; the final consisted of six couples from five nations.
Anastasia Koler/Evgeny Mushtukov were in top form from the beginning and won the competition with all five dances. The second place went Ekaterina Bykova/Salvio Tubelli. Katarina Bauer/Daniel Buschmann were ranked on the third place according to the skating rules.
