Maxim Sosunov and Evgeniya Kazarina (Art of Dance, Cologne) did not lack more than three crosses to enter the finals at their first World Championship in chilly Minsk. Not a bad start for the two German champions, the more so as they eventually found themselves on the same rank with the Latvian vice world champions Standard, who had been anticipated much farther ahead. As expected, the winners were the world champions in the individual sections Standard and Latin, Evgeny Kuzin - Valeriya Agikyan from Russia, outclassing the Belarusian and the Danish couples.
