In Bangkok, Thailand, the actual World Champions standard Simone Segatori/Annette Sudol again left all their rivals behind. They were not only dancing the final round without having real competition, but also left the floor as clear winner again having won all five dances. The second German couple Anatoliy Novoselov/Tasja Schulz just missed the final round and finished with the 7th place.

In the WDSF World Open Latin competition Timur Imametdinov/Nina Bezzubova ranked 2nd behind the European Champions and winner of the GOC Tsaturyan/Gudyno from Russia. Marek Bures/Anastasiia Khadjeh-Nouri finished 7th missing the final, Artur Balandin/Anna Salita 10th. Fabian Täschner/Darja Titowa ranked 13th just missing the semi-final.

In Burgas, Bulgaria, Razvan Dumitrescu/Jacqueline Joos were given the bronze medal in the WDSF International Open Latin competition.

In Prague, Czech Republic, Peter and Miriam Pfeiffer also finished 3rd in the Senior II Standard competition. Jan Janzen/Victoria Litvinova were dancing two competitions at the same time: amateur latin and youth latin. In the amateur competition they bowed out after the third round and could concentrate on the youth competition where they finished 3rd.

Andreas Hoffmann/Isabel Krüger ranked 4th in the Senior I Latin competition. Eugen Plotnikpov/Sophie Schütz were given the 6th place in the final of the Rising Stars Latin competition. In the Senior I Standard competition Jörg Gutmann/Isabel Matthes finished 4th.
