Further good results for DTV-couples
Within the context of the World Championship Senior II Standard and the European Championship Latin, numerous other tournaments took place in Cambrils, Spain. The German Youth Champions Maxim Stepanov/Viktoria Konstantinova won the WDSF Open Youth Latin tournament. At the WDSF Open Senior II Standard tournament, Raymund and Antje Reimann narrowly missed out on the podium and finished fourth.

European Championship Latin: 6th place for Balan/Bezzubova
73 couples from 39 nations participated in the European Championship Latin at the Costa Dorada in Cambrils, Spain. Benedetto Ferruggia / Claudia Köhler (TSC Astoria Stuttgart) have won the WDSF International Open Standard tournament in Rimini. 84 couples (among them 17 from the Top 50) participated in total. According to Ivo Münster, the couples showed "high class dancing".

Segatori/Sudol win convincingly

World Championships Juniors Standard in Moscow, Russia
In the Junior Standard championships, Mikael Tatarkin/Julia Viktoria Puchinin were the best German couple and finished 31st.
